Portfolio Management
I look to comprise my portfolio of 6-10 stocks with a maximum allocation of 25% to one company.
I set my stop loss at a 25% loss regardless of what my opinion is of the company. If my investment hits 100% I will sell half my position recouping 100% of my investment and letting the other half ride out.

Before the company hits either of my stops I will be actively reviewing my portfolio on a weekly basis. If I feel the company is significantly overvalued or has lost its attractive characteristics I will sell the position. I’m a long-term investor and look to hold companies for the foreseeable future however if we feel it is no longer a suitable investment we will not hesitate to sell it.
Our benchmark is the S&P 500. We aim for between 12-15% annually which is a comfortable margin above the S&P. Using our criteria we find only the highest quality companies which help us meet this goal.
